We encourage anyone who supports or provides services to independent artists or small businesses to apply to be a vendor! On it, you construct a store page with all the items you wish to sell along with price, description, dimensions and other information, also add videos, photos, your logo, etc. All sales go through Eventeny. If you wish to join us, there is a registration fee for marketing expenses and Eventeny platform costs. Exhibitor agrees to set up an online booth (store) that is open for sales to customers visiting the online market. Exhibitor also agrees not to sublet or apportion to anyone else said booth (store).2. Exhibitor agrees that if accepted by organizer into the Parent's Virtual Celebration "Online Fair 3Color" 2022 Edition that organizer is under no obligation to rent space to Exhibitor in future shows or future years. 3. Insurance, if desired by Exhibitor, must be obtained by him or her at their own expense. The organizer assumes no risk; and by the acceptance of this agreement, the Exhibitor expressly releases the organizer of and from any and all liability for any damage, injury, theft, or loss to any person or goods which may arise from the rental and occupation of said virtual booth by the Exhibitor.4. The organizer will not be liable for refunds or any other liabilities for the failure to produce the Fair due to reasons of the virtual platform performance destroyed by calamity, or by any act of God, public enemy, strikes, statutes, ordinances, or any legal authority, or any other cause beyond the organizer’s control.6. Exhibitor is responsible for collecting and paying all sales taxes.7. Refunds: No refunds given.8. The Exhibitor is responsible to bring an excellent services to all the people who contact his/her booth (store) during this event.9. FEES: Pass fees to applicants.10. Our Payment Processor. We use a third party payment processor (the “Payment Processor”) to bill you through a payment account linked to your Account. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of the Payment Processor. Our current Payment Processor is Stripe, and your payments are processed by Stripe in accordance with Stripe's Terms of Service , Privacy Policy , and Connected Account Agreement . We don’t control and are not liable for the security or performance of the Payment Processor. You agree to pay us, through the Payment Processor, all charges at the prices then in effect for any purchase in accordance with the applicable payment terms. You agree to make payment using the payment method you provide with your Account.
