This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

The festival is located in Bar K Park on the shoreline of Lake Travis in Lago Vista, TX, 20 minutes west of Cedar Park. LAGO FEST is known for its beautiful park setting, spacious booth layouts, helpful staff, and easy load in/out at booths. The festival is free, for all ages, and features the artist market, curated food trucks, family entertainment & games, and a lineup of award-winning bands.

Regular deadline to apply is April 11th. Notifications of acceptance status will be sent out on April 13th.

Terms & Conditions

Lago Fest and the City of Lago Vista invites community Non-Profit Organizations to apply for consideration for the 2022 Lago Fest, subject to the terms and conditions above. By submitting an application, the organization warrants acceptance of these terms and conditions, and willingness to abide by the policies. The organization will be solely responsible for any injuries to any person and all damages to or loss of property which results or arises out of organization’s use of the facilities or grounds and agrees to hold harmless the Lago Fest, City of Lago By submitting a LAGO FEST Non-Profit Organizations application, you are confirming that you have read and agree to all terms, conditions, rules, and regulations and COVID19 Waiver.

Vista, and Lago Vista Property Owners Association (hereinafter “Lago Fest") from and against any costs, liability or expenses arising out of claims of any person or entity due to the use or misuse of the facilities by the organization. Lago Fest is not liable for loss or damage to the Non-Profit's property. No refunds will be given in the case of inclement weather.

10x10 Booth $75 Non-refundable Non-Profits will provide their own 10’ X 10’ canopied tent. Booth spaces may be up to 15x15 feet. LAGO FEST is known for providing ample space surrounding booths including an area in back for storage, chairs, and desk. All exhibits should be contained within this area. Electricity is provided FREE of charge! (limited to 300 watts)
