About the application

The City of Chamblee invites your business to take part in our popular concert series. With one show in Downtown Chamblee and one during the July 4th Celebration at Keswick Park, the Chamblee Summer Concert Series is the biggest music series in town. We seek locally minded corporate sponsors to help us provide these ongoing cultural arts opportunities free to the community. When you sponsor Chamblee’s Summer Concert Series, your organization has the opportunity to put its brand in front of thousands of residents, families and music lovers throughout the year. The concert series held out front of the brand new Chamblee City Hall, features live music and great food. Our Fourth of July celebration draws up to 7,000 guests annually! We have a sponsor level for every marketing budget. Details of each sponsor level are contained below. We look forward to working with you.#ChambleeRocks Please note that the sponsorship levels have been adjusted this year to coincide with two fewer concerts.  

The City of Chamblee will follow all CDC and state guidelines and safety measures for events due to COVID-19.

Terms & Conditions

In submitting an application for the Summer Concert Series 2022, the applicant and the Sponsor are agreeing to comply with the below terms and conditions: 
  • All payments are final, no refunds. The Chamblee Concert Series is a rain or shine event.
  • The Chamblee Summer Concert Series does not guarantee exclusivity of products and/or services.
  • The City of Chamblee and its employees and agents shall not be responsible for loss, damage, third-party damages, claims or loss to property, persons, or vessels, injury to exhibitors, their employees, invitees, guests or visitors within the confines of the booth space contracted by Sponsor.
  • Sponsors who do not set up on schedule may have their designated space changed or occupied by another Sponsor at the discretion of Event Management.
  • Sponsors are responsible for maintaining acceptable standards of sanitation and disposing of trash into appropriate receptacles. A $100 cleaning fee will be issued, if left in an inappropriate level of cleanliness
  • Any damage or loss to equipment supplied by Event Management will be billed directly to the Sponsor within 30 business days of the festival.
  • Tent décor should be in good taste. Event Management shall be the final judge as to what constitutes good taste and has the authority to require removal or modification of any display.
  • No vehicles will be permitted on site during concert hours. Cars must remain outside of venue parameters until after 10:00 pm
By submitting this application, the applicant and Sponsor certify that they hold authority to approve the aforementioned terms and agreements.
