Set in beautiful historic downtown New Bern and its waterfront, MumFest offers hundreds of fabulous vendors, restaurants, bars, shops, live musical entertainment, attractions, and exhibitors. About 100,000 festival-goers enjoyed Mumfestivities in recent years past, and MumFest 2022 promises to be another fabulous fall weekend! Come join us on October 8-9, 2022! Festival hours: Saturday 10:00am-6:30pm, Sunday 10:00am-5:00pm. MumFest is a city-sponsored event produced by Swiss Bear, Inc, a Main Street Organization for the City of New Bern.

Welcome to the MumFest Vendor Application Process!If your booth sells food and/or beverages you MUST complete and submit the 2022 Food Vendor Application in full, pay the application fee, and submit.

Terms & Conditions

MumFest reserves the right to approve or deny the application. You will be notified within two weeks whether or not you have been accepted. IF ACCEPTED, YOUR CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL RELEVANT FEES THAT YOU HAVE SELECTED IN YOUR APPLICATION. This is an electronic agreement and by completing the application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. Please note that the cut off for refunds is July 1, 2022.

Prices

Application fee $25 Non-refundable There is a $25.00 non-refundable application fee that is charged upon application submission.

20x10 Basic Booth $900 Non-refundable Single booth space is 10 deep and 20 wide.
25x10 Booth $1,050 Non-refundable Single booth space is 10 deep and 25 wide.
30x10 Booth $1,200 Non-refundable Single booth space is 10 deep and 30 wide.
35 x 10 Booth $1,350 Non-refundable Single booth space is 10 deep by 35 wide.
40 x 10 Booth $1,500 Non-refundable Single booth space is 10 deep by 40 wide.
110 volt service outlet(s) $70 Non-refundable

Cancellation Insurance Fee (Total Fee Range Under $1000) $100.00 $100 Non-refundable Cancellation insurance only provides reimbursement for your booth size, and due to MumFest initiating the cancellation of the festival itself due to weather or hurricane and other acts of God. It does not cover extras purchased or loss of sales.

Picture requirements

  • Minimum pictures required: 3
  • Each application must include at least 3 to 5 color photos of your products, at least one photo of your booth set-up, and at least one photo of you making your items or of your work space.
