About the event

Join us on Wednesday evenings in May for jazz concerts in the Park in partnership with The Atlanta Jazz Fest. All concerts are free, open to the public, and family-friendly. Blankets, picnic items, and lawn chairs welcome. All concerts take place from 5-8pm on Woodruff Park’s Main Lawn. Lineup: May 1: Gritz and Jelly Butter May 8: Beverly Watkins May 15: Brenda Nicole Moorer May 22: Churchill Grounds Quartet May 29: Ruby Velle & the Trio

About the application

For companies and organizations who would like to have an on-site presence at Live from Woodruff Park (not vendors selling goods or services) for promotional information or giveaways. This price includes a 10'x10' space but contact Ansley if you would like additional space (awhipple@atlantadowntown.com, 404-274-9370). You are responsible for your tent (up to 10'x10') and materials (including tables, chairs, etc.). If you would like to donate an item for a giveaway (such as a gift certificate, tickets, gift basket, etc.) you will also get a mention from the stage by the emcee.

Terms & Conditions

You will be charged once you application is approved. The event is rain or shine but it will be cancelled in cases of extreme weather and you will be refunded the full amount, otherwise there are no refunds. Promotions of multi-level marketing (MLM) products or services are not allowed.
