Event Details
Event Hours: 5:00 – 7:00 PM
Vendor Setup: 4:00 PM
Vendor Takedown: 7:00 PM
Enjoy a relaxed clubhouse atmosphere with light music, a “before-dinner” crowd, and an audience of 25–75 attendees aged 25–40, affluent, pet-friendly, and family-friendly. Wine selections vary by event, so please bring ID for wine sampling.
Prize Giveaway
Each vendor is asked to provide one prize per event, which will be raffled at the end of the night. Prize value should be $15–$25. Please attach your company information to the prize so patrons can find you afterward. The more enticing your giveaway, the more likely customers will visit your booth!

Booth Details
Booth Size: 8′ × 4′
Vendors must bring their own table, display, and setup materials
One electrical outlet provided per booth
When booking, specify both the date and location you’d like to attend. Multiple events may occur on the same day at different locations.

Vendor Terms & Conditions
Times & Setup
Event Hours: 5:00 – 7:00 PM
Vendor Check-In: All vendors must check in with Event Staff by 4:30 PM and be fully set up by 5:00 PM
Vendor Takedown: Vendors must be off the premises by 7:30 PM
Vendors must remain in their designated space and open for the entire event (until 7:00 PM)
Vendors are responsible for their own booth setup and may not infringe on neighboring vendor spaces
Locations
Event locations are provided by Elevate Vendor Events (EVE) a minimum of two weeks in advance
Events are currently held across the Denver Metro area, with new locations opening soon in Colorado Springsand Fort Collins
Payment, Refunds & Cancellations
All payments must be made by debit/credit card
Vendors must notify EVE at least two weeks in advance if they are unable to attend
If a vendor fails to provide notice within two weeks, no refund will be issued; one reschedule may be requested
In the event of projected snowfall of 6+ inches between 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM, cancellation decisions will be made by 12:00 PM on the day of the event; all vendors will be rescheduled
Booth Spaces
All booth spaces are assigned by the Event Host and confirmed upon arrival
Standard booth size: 8′ x 4′ (additional space may be available if requested)
Vendors must bring their own table, display, and setup materials
Provide handouts, freebies, and information—the more, the better!
Maintain your booth in a clean, sanitary condition; leave no trash behind
No smoking or alcohol consumption by vendors in the event area
Giveaways
Each vendor must provide one prize per event, valued at $15–$25 or more
Prizes will be raffled at the end of the night; residents must visit all booths to be eligible
Please attach your company information to the prize so patrons can find you afterward
Suggested prizes: Free week at your facility, free dental cleaning, bottle of wine, champagne, complimentary evaluation, Starbucks gift card, etc.
Fees & Taxes
Vendors are responsible for all taxes, insurance, and permits
EVE is not liable for vendor tax obligations or regulatory compliance
Sampling
Vendors may offer samples following proper hygiene, sanitation, and Colorado sampling guidelines
Samples may only be offered at your booth
No cannabis or mushroom samples allowed
Licensing & Regulations
Vendors must comply with all city, county, state, and federal laws
All required licenses, permits, inspections, and certificates must be submitted with the application
EVE and the venue are not liable for vendor noncompliance
Insurance
Food and beverage vendors must provide $1,000,000 commercial general liability insurance
Vendors must submit a waiver of liability and list EVE as an additional insured
Vendor Selectivity
EVE reserves the right to approve or deny vendors or products based on event demand, laws, and health codes
Rules may change for special events at the discretion of the Board of Directors
Enforcement of Rules
Violations will be reported to the Event Host or Event Marketing Coordinator
Consequences may include warnings or expulsion from future events
EVE is not responsible for lost or stolen property
Weather Policy
Events may be canceled if any of the following criteria are met:
The local school district is closed
Snowfall greater than 6 inches is expected
The venue contacts EVE to cancel
If none of these apply, the event will proceed as scheduled.
Day-of Details
Vendors will receive a text message with event details on the day of the event, between 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
