About the application

Wing & Fried Chicken Food Vendor (Outdoor Food Space - $200 Food Vendor Fee) - Food Vendors will ONLY accept our Food Ticket/Vouchers for their Wing and Fried Chicken dishes they produce and they will be redeemed $1.35/food ticket/voucher that evening (tickets will be counted by our staff during the event) - All Vendors must produce at least one Wing "Dish/sample" (a "wing" is a drumette or a flat) - for 1 ticket; other wing/fried chicken items can be sold individually or combined for up to 5 food tickets ($6.75) - each vendor is allowed 1 side dish (collard greens, Mac and Cheese, BBQ Beans, etc.). $500 Prize for the Winner of Buffalo's Best Wings! This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

Wing a Ding Ding Fried Chicken and Wing Festival is Here –We got what you’re hankering for – from Hot Nashville to Cajun Spicy, Crunchy Southern Fried too and maybe some crispy Korean – Hoooweeee – Mild, Medium, Hot or Xxxtra Hot – Crispy, Crunchy, Sweet or Spicey – We Gotcha covered! Cool down a bit with a cold one – we’ll have plentay of craft beer, hard cider, wine or some soft stuff for you tee-totalers!

Terms & Conditions

We offer to food vendors cooking/heating elements including Fryers, Cambros and Crescors at no or low cost for each event. Other cooking equipment such as grills and fryers are offered on a case-by-case basis. Vendor Fees Are Non-Refundable unless an event is cancelled.
