Photo Contest Submission Form

Celebrate the artistry of the Spokane Renaissance Faire! Submit your best photos that capture the magic, laughter, and community spirit of the event. Winning photos may be featured in our official promotions.

By submitting photos to the Spokane Renaissance Faire Photo Contest, you agree to the following:

Original Work: All photos must be your own original work. Submissions created or edited using AI-generated imagery are not permitted.
Content Restrictions: Entries must be appropriate for a family-friendly audience. Photos may not include nudity, sexual content, excessive violence, drug or alcohol use, or any material that could be considered discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise offensive.
Permission of Subjects: If people are clearly identifiable in your photo, you must have their consent to be photographed and to allow their image to be used by the Spokane Entertainers Guild.
Usage Rights: By submitting, you grant SEG a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your submitted photos, whether or not they are selected as winners, for marketing, advertising, social media, and other promotional purposes.
Attribution: SEG will make reasonable efforts to credit photographers whenever photos are used publicly.
Liability: SEG is not responsible for lost, damaged, or corrupted files, or for verifying the authenticity of permissions from subjects in the photographs.
Disqualification: Submissions that violate these terms or fail to meet content standards may be disqualified at SEG’s discretion.
