Craft Booth Vendor

Thank you for your interest in being one of our Craft vendors at our Holiday Main Street and Parade event. This holly jolly event brings about 3,000-5,000 people  out to Rowlett Downtown! People enjoy a variety of food trucks, while they do some shopping at the market, and await the parade of lights starting later that evening.

We encourage all vendors to join in the festive spirit by decorating your booth with a holiday theme! Holiday décor, lights, and cheerful touches help create a magical atmosphere for attendees and make your space stand out. Please be sure your booth reflects the holiday season in its setup and presentation.

Application Deadline: Friday, November 28, at 5:00 PM

Space is Limited!

Vendor selections will be based on product variety and uniqueness, past event experience, and the overall interactive experience your booth provides. We highly encourage vendors to include family-friendly activities, crafts, or games to help create an engaging and memorable experience for attendees. Incorporating these elements will strengthen your application!

Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee participation. You will receive an automatic confirmation once your application has been successfully submitted and is under review.

Final confirmations will be sent out the week of December 2, and your application status can be checked anytime through your Eventeny account. Fees will not be processed until final approval is given. Additional event details will be shared upon acceptance.
