About the event

The Tri-State Outdoors Fest is to educate and promote to the public the boundless opportunities available in and around Cumberland Gap such as hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, canoeing, hunting, fishing, boating, golfing and much more. The event will take place in Cumberland Gap, TN on July 16, 2022 and our plans are to include representatives from groups and agencies that are associated with the outdoors from around the region. Examples include individuals from our regional parks, wildlife agencies, aquatic activities, and other outdoor associated organizations, as well as for profit businesses that are focused on outdoor recreation. We plan to use all available media within our region to advertise the event.

About the application

Please read the application carefully and answer all required questions. By submitting your application you are digitally agreeing to all of the listed terms and conditions and understand that this is application only, not a contract.

Terms & Conditions

Tents are NOT provided. Tents must be weighted down. Booth spaces are assigned. All booths/tents must fit into a 10x10 space unless otherwise approved. If you do not request electricity prior to the signing of your contract, electricity will not be provided. Your fee must be paid in full upon acceptance and signing of contract. This fee is non-refundable. The festival is outdoors. You are responsible for preparing your booth for any weather. You must provide your tent, table, chairs, trash bin, and all supplies you'll need throughout the day. Food vendors require an approved inspection and registration with the health department. The Guardians of the Gap and Town of Cumberland Gap are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. The Guardians of the Gap and Town of Cumberland Gap are not responsible for any accidents that occur at or around your booth. You will pay your own medical bills and will not file any claims against the Town of Cumberland Gap or the Guardians of the Gap for any loss, injuries or damages, excluding liability occasioned by any negligent acts as of the Town, its agents, servants or employees. Full rules will be provided to you if/when your booth is accepted. Booth registration is NOT complete until a contract has been signed and all rules/policies have been acknowledged in writing.
