Welcome to Traveling Artisan's Vintage Marke Days!! Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by agreeing to the terms below, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. All work displayed in the booth must be for sale. Vintage Market Days is a vintage-inspired indoor/outdoor market providing vendors the opportunity to participate in many vintage market events throughout our beautiful coastal city. Vintage Market Days is a juried event accepting vendors based on variety, originality, and quality of goods sold. Vendor selection is designed to provide customers with not only the highest quality of vendors but a collection of vendors who compliment one another in such a way as to create The Vintage Experience. Vintage Market Days is currently accepting applications from vendors specializing in vintage, antique, re-purposed, and handmade items. Vintage-inspired clothing and home decor are accepted into the market but in limited quantities. Food vendors, chefs, gardeners, and artists are also invited to showcase their talents. Booth availability is on a first-come, first-approved basis. We look forward to partnering with you to bring the vintage experience to many!

Terms & Conditions

TAM RULES & REGULATIONS: Click on the attached document below, read it in its entirety for clear expectations of booth setup and requirements. Initial all areas, sign and submit by contacting the organizer on application. REFUNDS /CANCELLATION/VENDOR CREDIT: Traveling Artisans' Market DOES NOT offer refunds for any reason. No refunds in case of inclement weather, acts of nature, or restrictions by governmental agencies to cancel the event, over which Traveling Artisans' Market has no control. Vendor credit towards a future event will be assessed on an individual basis and dependent on special circumstances but NOT guaranteed as withdrawals/cancellations affect the whole market. ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I agree to indemnify and hold Traveling Artisan's Market, their officials, staff, and agents harmless of and from any and all actions, causes of actions of every kind in law or equity, suits, debts, liens, contracts, agreements, promises, claims, liabilities, demands, damages, obligations, loss, costs, and expense of any nature whatsoever, known or unknown, fixed or contingent, including, with limitation, attorney’s fees and court costs through and including any appeals, taxable or otherwise, incurred, either directly or indirectly, as a result of my participation in the Traveling Artisan's Market, including but not limited to, any claims which might be made by myself, my co-workers, my agents, my employees, and/or any member of the general public. I acknowledge that I am responsible for the security of my own property and responsible for securing my canopy and fixtures to prevent safety hazards and expressly assume all risk of loss and/or damage to property arising either directly or indirectly from my participation in the Traveling Artisan's Market. I understand and agree that Traveling Artisan's Market is in no way responsible for my property or its safekeeping.

Prices

Table Space $65 Non-refundable Vendor is allowed one 6’ table and a market umbrella. You may opt for one 4’ table and a small shelf unit. Acceptable umbrella colors are navy blue, aqua blue, green or sand (tan). Please email if unsure of color approval.
12 x 12 Space ~ Front Row PRIME $115 Non-refundable
12 x 12 Space ~ In-Line $85 Non-refundable This $85 vendor fee is for a 10 x 10 in-line tent space that includes insurance coverage. Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep.
12 x 12 Space ~ End Cap (2 or 3-sides) $125 Non-refundable This $125 vendor fee is for a 10 x 10 end cap tent space that includes insurance coverage. Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep.
Vintage Trailer $125 Non-refundable
