The vibrant Tennessee city is the perfect site for our artists, sponsors and vendors to showcase their products and services and be wildly successful! This great town has the perfect demographic for our exhibitors…shoppers and happy families!We will turn the beautiful Coolidge Park (right along the Tennessee River) in the trendy NorthShore district into a cool art festival with colorful arts and crafts on November 12 & 13, 2022, and we are over-the-moon excited! The Chattanooga Art Fest – that has a nice ring to it, and of course, it is a simple yet “splashy” name! Coolidge Park even has a walking bridge across the River to downtown Chattanooga. You can see the Tennessee Aquarium on the other side of the waterway! The City’s art scene is growing, and tourists flock to this happening place daily! So, it’s just a dream come true to spread our wings and jump into this welcoming state for this annual show! Of course, we will be practicing CDC guidelines as recommended to help ensure the safety of everyone! So, let the fun begin!When you apply, you'll be prompted to create your own account with your basic information. This will allow you to update your personal information and also allow you to see the status of your application. Your preferred method of payment (credit/debit card or ACH bank transfer) will be necessary when you apply but will not be charged until you are accepted or within five days after acceptance. Some categories will fill more quickly than others. Corner booths are limited and will be determined at time of acceptance.Acceptable categories are candles, clay, culinary arts (not food vending), digital, fiber, folk art, glass, jewelry, leather, living plants, metal, mixed media, paintings, photography, soaps-lotions-balms and wood. Culinary artists will be required to submit a copy of their Department of Agriculture license. All work must be hand made by the artists. Culinary artists will be required to submit their Department of Agriculture certificate. No wholesale or buy-sell is allowed.All applications will be subject to jury approval. You will be notified of acceptance within five days. Jury fees are nonrefundable. Payment is due within five days of acceptance.All booth spaces are approximately 10'D x 12'W. Booth fees are $350 for a regular space and $425 for a corner location. Corner booths are limited. Participation in the online marketplace is included but optional. Please note that additional fees will be charged for online sales during the event equal to approximately 13% of the total transaction. You'll be required to submit photos with this application. Photos may be used for promotional purposes.You must furnish your own tents, tables, chairs, display and set-up materials. Booth placards will be provided. Tents will not be available to rent. If you require power, you must bring your own quiet generator. Load in is on Friday, November 11, beginning at 10am.Have more questions?
