Credit Card Payment - 2022 Arts & Crafts Application

By submitting an application, applicant hereby certifies that all items represented in the Septemberfest Arts & Crafts Show are individually hand-crafted items, created by the undersigned artist. The undersigned further understands that no imports, kits, resale products, manufactured items, product-line reps, edible items (pet products excluded), or fuel generators are permitted. If any licensed items are sold it is the artist’s responsibility to make sure any copyrights are not violated when selling these products. Raffles are prohibited. The Septemberfest Committee reserves the right to view each booth after set-up and to request removal of any items that were not juried into the show and/or were deemed inappropriate for sale at Septemberfest. The undersigned hereby certifies that he/she understands and accepts all the rules and guidelines governing this event. Furthermore, the undersigned recognizes that failure to abide by the guidelines stated or implied, could possibly result in immediate removal from the Arts & Crafts Show and/or disqualification from any future Village of Schaumburg Arts & Crafts Shows. Fees will not be refunded in such instances. Applicant hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Village, and all of its agents, assigns and employees with regards to any damages and/or causes of action resulting from the negligence and/or willful conduct of the vendor or its agents, assigns, or employees, or as the result of the use of the vendor’s product or equipment in the display of the products.
