About the event

Join us for the return of a long-standing Fair Oaks tradition, Easter Eggstravaganza! Children and their families will have an eggcellent time with free children's egg hunts (0-12 years of age), a craft station, and pictures with the Bunny! Looking for some eggstra fun? For a nominal fee, enjoy carnival games, inflatables, and an adult egg hunt. Vendors and food trucks will also be on-site!

About the application

Vendors in this category are limited to non-profit organizations for the express purpose of distributing and disseminating information and educational material. Distribution of water or food is not permitted. Any applicant applying to participate in the event as a non-profit must provide evidence of their non-profit status. Non-profit is defined as one of the following: • A corporation incorporated pursuant to the Nonprofit Corporation Law that is exempt from taxation and can show proof with a 501(c)3 form from the Internal Revenue Service. • An organization that was organized and is in operation for charitable purposes and meets the requirements of Section 214 of the Revenue and Taxation Code.

Prices

Application fees $25 Non-refundable There is a $25 non-refundable application and processing fee for those accepted into the event. The fee will be automatically charged upon acceptance. Those who are not accepted will not be charged.
10x10 Non-Profit Booth $25 Single booth space is 10 feet wide by 10 feet deep.
