Food Partner Application

FEE: The fee to reserve your space is $400. The overall vendor fee, however, will be 20% of your gross sales; we will factor in your $400 deposit into the overall 20% kept by SBG Hospitality. For example if your gross sales at the event are $6,000, SBG's 20% cut would be $1,200; as you would’ve already paid $400, we would only keep an additional $800. On another note, if your sales are less than $2,000 (meaning our 20% cut is less than $400, we will still keep $400. $400 is the minimum payout to SBG Hospitality for participation). You will be accepting TICKETS as form of payment on ALL transactions. You are not allowed to accept cash/card at the event; 1 ticket= $1. We recommend that you continue to ring up all items on some form of POS system and/or count your tickets as a way to cross-check your ticket collection amount. We will collect the tickets at the end of the event and cut a check to you the following weekFOOD HANDLERS PERMITS - Any vendor intending to sample or sell open-container food or beverage must obtain a food handlers permit from the corresponding City/County Health Department for the event(s) in which you are confirmed. Failure to do so may result in loss of vendor fees paid, barring from future events, or prohibition from entering the event grounds without issuance of a refund or credit transfer. Health permit documentation is due to SBG Hospitality via email no less than 14 days prior to the event start date.GREASE AND OTHER WASTE - Food vendors are prohibited from dumping grease on-site at any event. Food vendors agree to transport and remove all grease and other food-related waste to appropriate locations as required by both SBG Hospitality and municipal law of the city in which the event is held. Please contact the Health Department for the corresponding City/County for questions/concerns. Please note: SBG cannot guarantee access to water or electricity at any of our events.
