Dear Shop Downtown Outdoor Saturday Market Vendor, In our efforts to continually improve upon our work in Downtown LaBelle, we thrive on listening to feedback and making adjustments for the best. Last season, we produced a survey asking what you would like to see in the coming year. With your answers, we have made some changes! Thank you for communicating your needs, and we look forward to a spectacular season! Vendor Booth locations will be in two areas: Location #1 is along DeSoto Avenue on pavement for $25.00 for a 10x10 booth space. DeSoto Avenue is the road in front of Barron Library that travels under the Caloosahatchee River. Booths will be set up between Main Street and the service road parallel to the SR 29 bridge on both sides of DeSoto Ave, with space for shoppers to walk in the middle. Location #2 is in the grassy area behind the LaBelle Downtown Revitalization Corporation (LDRC) office. This location will be $10.00 for a 10x10 booth space. Our office is located at 8 Park Ave. Electricity at both locations is limited; please note on your vendor application if electricity is needed. Vendors are responsible for bringing their electrical cords. Vendors are responsible for their table, chair, and tent (optional). Please note that vendor opportunities are on a first-come, first-serve basis. We do our best to prevent repeat vendors, so please verify acceptance before attending the Saturday Market. Thank you for paying in advance of the Market Days! Season Event Dates: November 6, December 4, February 5, March 5 unless otherwise noted. Markets will be canceled in inclement weather. Please note, we will not host a Market Day in January due to our other fundraising event, Smoke Under the Oaks Rib Fest, held on January 8, 2022. Non-food vendors are welcome to join in the fun at Barron Park! Vendors may set up between 8am to 8:45am. The Market is open from 9am to 2pm. Please no vehicles in the Market area after 8:45am. Vendor locations will be indicated before each event via email within the week of the event. Set-up will be at the LDRC Office located at 8 Park Avenue. Vendor Parking is available along the service road next to Barron Library. Vendors, please do not park in the Barron Library parking lot; space is for their patrons.
