Application fees | $0 | Non-refundable | Fee to submit application for approval. Submission of application does NOT guarantee acceptance. All vendors will be notified in a timely manor of acceptance. |
Non-profit booth | $75 | Non-refundable | This fee is for a 501C3 group to participate at the event. Groups who register as a non-profit may NOT sell food that is NOT prepared in a commercial kitchen inspected by a health department. NO cottage license businesses will be approved. |
Business or Retail booth | $200 | Non-refundable | Commercial businesses or retail business booths who are providing their own tent, table and chairs. Fee is per 10 foot by 10 foot space. |
Business sponsor with activation benefits | $500 | Non-refundable | Business booth with tents, tables and chairs provided. Banner placement at stage, stage mentions, judge at lantern contest, social media mentions. |
