The Rhythm & Ribs BBQ Festival is an annual festival featuring bbq competition, lots of live entertainment, kids activities, food and arts and crafts vendors. This free festival is family friendly and has something to offer everyone.

About the application

This application is for those who are selling food, cooked fresh on site at the festival. Booth sizes are 12'x20', with the option to purchase additional space, as well as power and water. Food vendors MUST use Coca-Cola for their beverage provider. We will connect you with our local distributor, who you must purchase from, and he will deliver the product on-site.

Terms & Conditions

Vendors who choose a PREMIUM Space will be allowed the option to vend on Friday night during the Kick Off Party for an additional $25. FOOD VENDORS: you will be REQUIRED to use Coca-Cola for your beverage products. You will be connected with our local distributor to purchase those products and they will be delivered on-site. FOOD Vendors will also need to upload a completed temporary non-profit food service permit application before application is completed. ALL Vendors will need to upload at least one photo before completing the application. Please read all rules and regulations carefully and complete all sections of the application. Vendor acceptance will be based on uniqueness, variety, pricing and availability. Payment must be made in order for a vendor application to be complete.

Prices

Premium Food (on-site) 12'x20' SOLD OUT Non-refundable Premium spaces are those located closest to the Main Stage and are 12x20.
Friday Night Vendor (Premium Vendors Only) SOLD OUT Non-refundable Premium Vendors (only) may choose to vend on Friday night for an additional cost.
Standard Food (on-site) 12'x20' $255 Non-refundable Standard spaces are 12x20 and can be located anywhere in the park.
Extra Space (20') $50 Non-refundable Additional 20' of space.
Power $25 Non-refundable Limited power is available and is an additional cost.
Water $25 Non-refundable Limited water is available and is an additional cost.
