Please only use this form if you are a WEST READING RETAIL BUSINESS or ARTIST. Welcome to the event! Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. Event is Rain or shine. We do not provide tents, tables, chairs or electric. Vendors/Artists bringing or using electric/heating elements must abide by West Reading Fire Safety Code. https://www.westreadingborough.com/sites/g/files/vyhlif5201/f/uploads/special_event_fire_safety_checklist.pdf The WRCRF will use the information provided to determine applicant eligibility and reserves the right at its sole discretion to accept or decline Vendor/Artist participation. About the event

Celebrating its 15th year and coming just a few days before the official first day of Fall is West Reading’s Fall Fest on Saturday September 18, 2020 from 11-7pm. Spanning the 400-700 blocks of Penn Avenue, the streets are closed so festival goers can indulge in 200 craft and retail vendors, including a wide array of food and beverage choices, including beer, wine and spirits + music on three stages! Thank you to our 2021 Sponsor Customers Bank! As always there is plenty of fun for families including free bounce houses on 7th Avenue and other opportunities for creativity including pumpkin painting and of course a dunk tank! Be sure to follow this event on our Visit West Reading Facebook page for all the latest updates! 2021 West Reading Fall Fest Music lineup! 3 stages of continuous music 11 AM – 7 PM Performances by: Drew & the Blue, Dustin Douglas & The Electric Gentlemen, Bradley Stewart & The Thornbirds, Jon Smith’s Voyages, North End, Damn Renegades, SlothLoveChunk, La Overtoner, Food Truck Band, onyx&honey., And You, Brutus?, thequietcampaign, Hot Dad Calendar, Milou Sky, Noah Gibney Trio, Peter Errich & Friends, Kick Out Before 3, Lost Dad, Pseudo Seal, and Evil Bovine!!! A special after-fest show outside Nitro Bar until 8:30 PM + a nightcap show until 11 PM at 3rd and Spruce Drafthaus!

Terms & Conditions

Tents and Canopies are recommended of all Vendors/Artists. We require all vendors to minimize the risk caused by canopies by following rules for canopy safety. Canopy weights must be attached to vendor canopies at all times. All Vendors/Artists who erect canopies for Fall Festival are required to have their canopies sufficiently and safely anchored to the ground from the time their canopy is put up to the time it is taken down. Any Vendor/Artist who fails to properly anchor his or her canopy will not be allowed to sell at the Fall Festival unless that vendor chooses to take down and stow their canopy and sell without it. • Weights should be secured in a manner that does not create its own safety hazard. • Weights should not cause a tripping hazard. • Weights should be tethered with lines that are clearly visible.
