This application is for: -Small Businesses who sell merchanise they do not make. -IF YOU ARE A NATIONAL BRAND, or selling items not central to our herb theme (home repair, insurance, etc) should apply as a SPONSOR: https://jacksonsquarelavenderfestival.org/become-a-sponsor. We have packages in every price range.   

About the event

Main Event is FREE - Herb Fair - Saturday June 21, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Additional ticketed events throughout the weekend, June 20-22.

Terms & Conditions

 CANCELLATION POLICY:  If you find it necessary to cancel by March 31, we will refund your payment, minus a $25 administrative fee. If you cancel April 1-30, we will refund the application fee minus a $50 administrative fee. No refunds after April 30, 2025. Please do not apply if you are not sure you can attend.
INDEMNITYBy submitting this application, I acknowledge I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the information outlined in the vendor information pages. In addition, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lavender Festival, Jackson Square Association, Grow Oak Ridge and its members, and the City of Oak Ridge, their officers, employees, and agents for any claims, damage costs and attorney fees for injuries or damages arising from our participation in Lavender Festival. PERMISSIONI give permission for the use of the images supplied with this application, for promotional purposes.I give permission to link my website from the promoter's web page.
