About the application

This is an electronic agreement and by applying, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. The Town of Little Elm reserves the right to limit categories. Please note: Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, chairs, generators, extension cords, etc. This is a rain or shine event. Vendors must plan a craft or an activity for kids and reward with candy provided by the vendor. Vendors must bring PLENTY of candy for the amount of kids present. Promotional vendors are not allowed to sell their own products at this event. It is for promotion only. Vendor selection/Approval:
  1. All vendor applications will be reviewed. 
  2. If accepted, your provided payment method will be charged.
  3. Categories of product types will be limited, but exclusivity is not guaranteed.
  4. Product quality will determine selection, with priority for vendors that are in scope of the event. 
  5. The vendor committee reserves the right to choose the best vendors suited for this event.

About the event

Join us for a Halloween-themed event at Little Elm Park which will include trick or treating, hayrides, bounce houses, pumpkin painting, and more. We will also have a special performance from the School of Rock in Frisco! Make sure you bring a candy basket or bag!

Terms & Conditions

Permittee/Vendor shall assume all risks incident to or in connection with the special event and shall be solely responsible for damage or injury, of whatever kind or nature, to person or property, directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with the event or the conduct of permittee’s operation. Event/Vendor main contact hereby expressly agrees to defend and save the Town, its officers, agents, employees, and representatives harmless from any penalties for violation of any law, ordinance, or regulation affecting its activity and from event activities or conduct of its operation or resulting from the negligence or intentional acts or omissions of permittee or its officers, agents, and employees, including permittee’s invitees.  Vendor/Permittee agrees to abide by all Town of Little Elm parks rules and event load in/load out and clean up procedures.

10x10 Booth $25.00 Non-refundable Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep.
