Event Vendor Application
Calling all businesses interested in showcasing their products or services at our upcoming event, Celebrate Lunar! We are seeking enthusiastic vendors who share our passion for Asian culture and education and can contribute to the event's overall success.

Event Overview
Celebrate Lunar is an event that will take place on Saturday, January 18, 2025 at Luminary Green Park, Orlando, FL . The event is expected to attract a diverse audience from all over the state and be featured LIVE on Fox News during the event! 

Vendor Benefits

Vendor Requirements
  • Your business must align with the event's theme and objectives
  • You must have a valid business license and insurance
  • Your products or services must be of high quality and appeal to the event's target audience
  • You must be committed to providing excellent customer service
  • You must be able to comply with all event regulations and policies
  • You must provide mandatory 10x10 tent, table, chair, extension cords and a 3x8 banner with logo (for media purposes), and WEIGHTS 10-25lb each per tent leg. 
Application Process
  • Complete the online vendor application form
  • Provide detailed information about your business and products or services
  • Include links to your website and social media pages
  • Submit your application by Saturday, November 16, 2024. So we can all enjoy the holidays! :)  
Selection Process
A review committee will evaluate all applications based on the following criteria:
  • Relevancy to the event's theme and objectives
  • Quality and appeal of products or services
  • Experience and reputation of the business
  • Commitment to customer service
  • Ability to comply with event regulations and policies
  • Selected vendors will be notified by Saturday, November 23rd, 2024.

Welcome to Celebrate Lunar 2025! Join us for Orlando’s premier Lunar New Year celebration, where we’re set to host our biggest and most joyful event yet for the 4th annual gathering, with over 7,000 friends and neighbors anticipated to attend. Celebrate Lunar is a vibrant blend of diverse Asian cultures, each bringing their unique traditions, delectable cuisine from Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Filipino, Japanese and more. We’re excited to spotlight local Asian culinary and artistic talents, offering a medley of enchanting performances and experiences. Our goal is to spread joy, build a stronger sense of community, and unite the diverse tapestry of cultures in the Orlando area. Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions for Event Vendors

1. Application and Acceptance
  • By submitting a vendor application, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • The Event Organizer reserves the right to accept or reject any vendor application at its sole discretion.
  • Accepted vendors will be notified by email and will be required to sign a Vendor Agreement.

2. Vendor Space and Booth Assignment
  • Vendor spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Vendor spaces are approximately 10 feet wide x 10 feet deep.
  • Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, tables if more than one, chairs if more than one, and displays.
  • Vendors are not permitted to sublet or share their vendor space.
  • Any other banners besides the 8x3, will need to be approved by Maxine (event coordinator) for banner placement. 

3. Vendor Fees
  • Vendor fees are $200 and are due upon acceptance of the vendor application.
  • Vendor fees are non-refundable.
4. Vendor Conduct
  • Vendors must comply with all event rules and regulations.
  • Vendors must be respectful of other vendors, event staff, and attendees.
  • Vendors must maintain a clean and presentable booth.
  • Vendors must not sell or promote any illegal or offensive products or services.
  • Vendors must not solicit attendees or engage in any unauthorized marketing activities.
5. Insurance
  • All vendors must have a valid general liability insurance policy.
  • A certificate of insurance must be provided to the Event Organizer prior to the event.
6. Liability
  • The Event Organizer is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to the vendor's property, employees, or volunteers.
  • The vendor is solely responsible for any loss, damage, or injury caused by the vendor or its employees or volunteers.
7. Indemnification
  • The vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Event Organizer, its officers, directors, agents, and employees from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with the vendor's participation in the event.
8. Cancellation Policy
  • The Event Organizer reserves the right to cancel the event at any time.
  • If the Event Organizer cancels the event, vendors will be refunded their vendor fees.
  • If the vendor cancels its participation in the event, no refund will be issued.

9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

10. Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

11. Severability
  • If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these terms and conditions and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
12. Waiver
  • No waiver of any provision of these terms and conditions shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.
13. Notice
  • All notices and other communications hereunder shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered in person, upon the first business day following deposit in the United States mail, postage prepaid, certified or registered, return receipt requested, addressed as follows:

  • or to such other address as either party may designate in writing from time to time.

14. Counterparts
  • These terms and conditions may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
