About the application

Do you want to promote your business and pass out candy at the Town at Trilith? We would love for you to join our Trick-or-Treating Marketplace!      No wholesale or buy-sell is allowed. We DO NOT guarantee sales or customer buying potential. Also, at this time we cannot accept political or religiously affiliated partnerships. Thank you for understanding.   You will not be charged the application fee until you are accepted.    Please, browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions.    But first... Some FAQs: 1) What is the size of the booth at Trilith? = 10ft x 10ft space, need to bring your own coverage/tent and weights to secure tent.  2) Will there be electricity accessible?=  Outdoor event, no electricity provided.   3) Internet connectivity?= No WIFI, bring your "hotspot". 4) Will tables and chairs be provided, or do we need to provide our own?= Vendors to provide their own tables and chairs. 5) Where will the event be held? = Along Trilith Parkway and at the cross street of Morrison Ave.  6) What kind of parking will be available for attendees? = There is retail and event parking at various locations around Trilith. 7) How many visitors do you anticipate having this year at the event? = We anticipate 800-1000 guests throughout the event, we do not guarantee sales.  8) Who attends the event? = EVERYONE! We'll have families, creatives, business people, dreamers, artists, activists... people working in the area, people living in the area, This event will draw from Atlanta and the Fayette County area. 9) Why is there a fee to participate? = This small cost covers our team's set-up/break down cost for the event. Please note: If your organization is a 501C3 charity, contact us and we can discuss waiving the charge.        

About the event

Get ready for a Spook-tacular Halloween Celebration at Town at Trilith on Saturday, Oct. 26, 2024! From 4 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., we’ll have thrilling activities, exciting contests, and plenty of candy to enjoy. The festivities kick off with activities like Build-A-Bear, where you can create your own Halloween-themed stuffed animal, and lively tunes from DJ Kate to get you dancing. For those with a creative flair, Savvy Succulents invites you to shop and create a succulent arrangement. Candy distribution will take place from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m., so come prepared to trick-or-treat through the stores and restaurants. (Be sure to bring a bag or bucket for a candy-filled night of Halloween fun!) At 5 p.m., don't miss the Pet and Book Character Parade, where pets and book lovers alike can dress up and join the fun. Pets can also register for the character raffle if they are dressed like a book character and have a book with them! Right after, at 5:15 p.m., the Pet Contest will begin, showcasing the best-dressed furry friends. Scholar and Scribe will also join the parade to celebrate storytelling as part of the Fall/Halloween festivities. Costume contests will follow throughout the evening, with different age categories: ages 0-5 at 5:30 p.m., ages 6-11 at 6 p.m., ages 12-18 at 6:30 p.m., and ages 19+ at 7 p.m. Contests are limited to the first 30 registrants. At 6 p.m., Nourish + Bloom will be hosting a Jigsaw Escape Room, adding even more excitement to the evening. The fun through most of the town wraps up at 7:30 p.m. but Enzo will keep the party going until 11:30 p.m. They will have candy, hair-raising music, and bone-chilling food and cocktail specials. Terms & Conditions

 All vendors must arrive and have tent set up by 3:00 p.m. If you are late, you will not be able to set up. Please plan to park your car in the Piedmont parking lot or gravel lot in front of Barley Garden at Trilith. DO NOT PARK IN THE RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD. TERMS & CONDITIONS
Here's how the application/approval process works:
1) Submit your application.
2) The Trilith committee will review applications..
3) You will receive an email from the Trilith committee with your approval and additional details.
4) Within the approval application email you will have a link to reserve your space.  You MUST follow this link to request your space. 
5) You will receive an email confirming your booth assignment.  
6) A week or two prior to the event you will receive "Day of Show" instructions  (set-up times, break-down time, etc.)
