Welcome to the For-Profit Vendor Application for Veterans Benefit Live, taking place Thursday, October 17th - Saturday, October 19th, 2024!

We are excited to invite businesses like yours, whose offerings align with the interests and needs of Veterans, to participate in our event. Please take a moment to review the application, and don't hesitate to reach out if you require any assistance or have questions.

This is an electronic agreement. By submitting an application, you are confirming and accepting the terms of this agreement electronically.

It is our desire to provide veterans, their families and caregivers with necessary resources. Please review the event times below to ensure this commitment aligns with your availability. 

VETERANS BENEFIT LIVE 2024 EVENT DATES & TIMES

Thursday, October 17th: 9am - 3pm

Friday, October 18th: 9am - 3pm

Saturday, October 19th: 9am - 2pm

1. Event Details: Veterans Benefit Live is an indoor event held in High Point, North Carolina, on the fourth floor of The Loft at Congdon Yards, located at 400 W English Rd, High Point, NC 27262.

2. Vendor Responsibilities: Accepted vendors are required to bring all necessary items for their booth setup, including linens. One (1) 6ft table and two (2) folding chairs will be provided for each vendor. 

3. Vendor Commitment:  A commitment to participating as a vendor in this event is a commitment to serve our veterans. This ensures that the resources veterans seek are available each day through the duration of the event. Thank you for making these resources available to those who need them the most!

4. Electricity: Please be advised that there may not be access to electricity for vendors at this event. 

5, Sales and Transactions: All sales and transactions are conducted solely between the vendor and the customer. The Event Organizers are not responsible for any disputes, liabilities, or damages arising from transactions during the event.

6. General Vendor Guidelines: Vendors are kindly reminded that all products and services displayed at Veterans Benefit Live must be appropriate for our audience. We do not permit any content that is explicit or otherwise inappropriate. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all attendees.

7. Liability: All vendors participating in Veterans Benefit Live are solely responsible for the safety and security of their own products. The Event Organizers and The Loft at Congdon Yards shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or theft of vendor merchandise during the event. Vendors are encouraged to take necessary precautions to safeguard their belongings. By participating in the event, vendors acknowledge and accept this liability clause.

8. Refunds:

• All sales FINAL - method of payment is charged upon approval.
• All fees are non-refundable and non-negotiable.
• No refunds or credits will be issued for no-call or no-show.
• No refunds for event cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances.

9. Inclement Weather: Please be advised that this is an indoor event. The event will only be canceled in the event of extreme inclement weather deemed hazardous by event organizers.

10. Application Approval: Please note that you must receive an official approval message via Eventeny to be officially considered as a For-Profit Vendor for this event. Your credit card will not be charged until your application has been approved.

By submitting the For-Profit Vendor Application, vendors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the revocation of booth privileges without refund.
