About the application
- After a 1-time Participation Fee, artists will retain 100% of sales of goods sold.
- Complementary artists can join together and split a 10x10 booth (for a small fee).
- Limited to 27 booth spaces.
- LeMoyne will provide a 10x10 space to set up your white pop-up tent and arrange your own display.
- Don’t have a tent? You can rent or buy one locally for an average of $80-115.
- There will be 3 spots available under our new Kiln Pavilion that will not require a tent, those artists will also get a 10x10 area to set up their display.
- Volunteer booth sitters upon request (when available).
- Printed program with booth map and sample images for each artist.
- Lots of digital and printed advertisements will be produced and shared with the community.
- Complimentary nearby reserved parking (limited, first-come-first-served basis).
- Indoor bathrooms.
- Complimentary water and light snacks will be provided.
- Early Bird Deadline: Monday, August 26, 2024, $80 application fee
- Regular Deadline: Monday, September 30, 2024, $90 application fee
- A limited number of booths can be split between 2 artists for an additional $20 fee.
- First come first serve! Based on limited space!
- Payments will be processed once your application is approved.
- Artists can check in with a staff member and then begin setting up between 11am - 6pm and finish Saturday, Nov. 23, 2024 between 8:00am - 8:45am. We will lock the gates overnight and have overnight security.
- 9am - 10am = LeMoyne Arts Members Mimosa Mixer & Preview
- 10am - 3pm = Garden Galleria open to the public
- 3pm - 4pm = Garden Galleria ends, artists begin breakdown
- 4pm - 6pm = The gallery will remain open
- 6pm = LeMoyne fully closes for the night
- We are looking for self-sufficient artisans/ artists that can create a pleasant shopping experience for our attendees. Applicants should be able to fill a visually pleasing 10x10 booth with giftable, artistic items for sale. Our guests are looking for those early holiday gifts and unique items they can't find anywhere else!
- While most folks will be looking to buy multiple affordable gifts for the holiday season in the $5-100 range, some will be shopping for themselves! We welcome fine artists with higher price points to showcase their work.
- Best-selling item examples: Ornaments, 2-D wall art, prints, notecards, wearable gifts (jewelry/ scarves/ hats), pet-friendly items, gifts for men, gifts for children, hostess and wine-themed items, coffee mugs, candles, packaged snacks/ candy, soap/ jam, serving plates, eyeglass cases, garden items, coasters, throw pillows, gift sets, home goods, etc.
- Popular themes: Beach & Ocean, Florida, Tallahassee/ Local Landmarks, Winter Wonderland, Classic Holiday, Furry Friends (especially dogs and cats), Recycled & Revamped, Glitz & Glamour, Natura, Flora & Fauna, Birds, Garden Decor, One-of-a-kind pieces. Multi-cultural holiday items are strongly encouraged!
- Applicants can submit up to 10 images. These images will be reviewed by the jury for consideration. Make sure your images are high-resolution and clearly represent the quality of your work. Avoid busy backgrounds and inaccurate lighting.
- 1 of the images needs to be a photo example or sketch of your booth/ table display.
- If you are splitting the booth with an artist, please include their images as well.
- Please note in the image description which image you would like us to use for our marketing campaign to represent your work. If you need help finding a professional to photograph your work, please email isabella@lemoyne.org for recommendations.
- Images must include a Brief Description & Catagory (Medium). To add this information click "+Add info" button under the image. You will not be able to complete your application without this information.
- Artists who set up a booth or display items that do not reflect the type of work and/or quality of their digital application will be reviewed carefully by the LeMoyne Arts staff and may be asked to adjust their setup or remove work if in violation of our Terms & Conditions.
- We understand you will likely be working on your inventory until the last minute and might strike on an exciting idea that is slightly different from the items in your application. That's OK! We just need to see a realistic representation of your style and the types of items you will have in your booth. This will help us ensure consistency, quality, and balance the mediums offered to the visitors.

About the event
Terms & Conditions
- Participants must be at least 18 years of age, or, have a parent/ guardian.
- Artists will be responsible for their own sales, insurance, and tax filings. Artists will receive check-in information, a locator map with booth markers, a temporary parking permit, and State of Florida sales tax information on a date close to the event.
- Artists provide their own white tents which must meet all fire codes. All tents must be weighted, not staked.
- LeMoyne staff and volunteers will do their best to help you care for your artwork; however, we cannot control the weather or the public. In case of an accident, artists agree to hold LeMoyne Arts harmless in the event of loss or breakage.
- As an outdoor event, exhibit spaces are not perfectly level.
- While electricity is not regularly available, please note in your application if you would like to have access to a 20amp plug and we will do our best to accommodate you.
- All artwork must be dry and have durable construction/ hanging fixtures (if applicable).
- This is a family-friendly show, LeMoyne Staff reserves the right to reject inappropriate work.
- Artists will be responsible for removing and collecting their work from the displays, though we will have a few volunteers that might be able to help.
- Depending on your location, some booths will have more space than others. Please do not count on having additional space outside of your 10x10 area to set up additional displays or storage space.
- We may be able to provide minimal storage space if requested ahead of time.
- Booth application fees will be processed as soon as LeMoyne Arts approves your application (likely within 1 week of submission). These fees are considered non-refundable. Extenuating circumstances can be reviewed by the committee for a refund before November 1st. Refunds are subject to a $15.00 administrative fee.
- We want this show to be a success! The event will occur on Saturday, Nov. 23, 2024, rain or shine, unless severe storms are predicted.
- You will need to check in with a staff member before setting up. No-show artists – artists who do not alert LeMoyne of their cancellation – are subject to non-acceptance for futureshows.
- Copies of works reproduced or copied from works of masters, advertisements, commercial or widely circulated photographs, or offset prints. Trademarked or copyrighted images will not be accepted! (i.e.; college logos, Disney characters, etc.)
- Work purchased from an outside source for resale.
- Mass-produced note cards, commercial books, etc. unless of the exhibiting artist's works.
- All artwork and items must be for sale. We will not allow items listed “Not for Sale”.
- If you have a consumable good, please make sure to label it appropriately.
