Food Booth Application

Application deadline is Thursday, August 22, at 5:00pm. The temporary food permit application deadline is Monday, August 19, at 5:00pm.

You are required to fill out a Tempoary Food Permit Aoplication to be submitted online on mygov, before your eventeny (this) application can be approved. Please click on link to view the requirements and step by step instructions on how to apply on mygov.   

The Fire Marshal's Office Requires the following from the 2021 Fire Code:

1.) Minimum 5-pound fire extinguisher that is tagged by a licensed fire extinguisher company on site. A simple receipt will not be accepted.

2.) If there is cooking involving grease, a Class K fire extinguisher that is tagged by a licensed fire extinguisher must be on site.

3.) All fire suppression systems must be tagged and up to date on inspections.  

4.) All hood systems over cooking equipment must be current on professional cleanings.

5.) No exposed wiring or damage wiring used to power equipment. This is including extension cords.

6.) Any trailer or food truck that utilizes Liquid Propane Gas must have a LP-Gas Alarm installed inside the trailer or food truck in the vicinity of LP-gas systems components, in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.  Any cooking equipment that is inside a trailer or food truck that produces grease-laden vapors must have a kitchen exhaust hood and a fire suppression system.
