- This event will be juried
- Vendor Qualifications: Preference will be given to handmade arts, crafts and culinary vendors. Buy/sell vendors will be accepted based on space availability.
- Selling some spiney lobster art, crafts, merch or food will gain you bonus points with the jury.
- Payment Policy: Invoices not paid by the due date will be subject to a $5 late fee per day. Daily Plan-it reserves the right to replace vendors who miss the payment deadline with someone from the Wait List.

Terms & Conditions
• If you receive an invoice, you must pay the invoice online.
• Refund Policy: The deadline for paid booth space cancellation is August 03, 2024 to receive a full booth fee refund. Booth Fees are non-refundable after 12:01 am August 04, 2024. The Lobster KWAM is a rain or shine event, no refunds given due to illness, weather, acts of God or terror. If Daily Plan-it cancels the Event due to dangerous weather conditions determined by NOAA, The City of Key West or The County of Monroe, vendor booth fee will be refunded less $15.
• All participants must provide proof of general liability insurance naming as additional insured: Daily Plan-it 1200 Fourth St #828 Key West, FL 33040 Per-occurrence limit (minimum): $1,000,000 General Aggregate limit (minimum): $2,000,000 Damage to rented premises each occurrence limit (minimum): $300,000
