Peachtree Corners Festival Arts & Crafts Application 2019

Set up: Saturday, 7:00-9:00 am Festival: Saturday, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm Sunday, 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm The Peachtree Corners Festival is always the second full weekend in June. It begins with a Free Friday Night Concert, continuing on Saturday and Sunday with over 60 Arts & Crafts Exhibitors, Car Show, Stage with Live Music, Kids Amusements and lots of Great Food! All proceeds go to education and beautification of the City of Peachtree Corners. The venue is located on a shaded tree-lined street, “The Corners Parkway”, located one block west of Peachtree Parkway between Holcomb Bridge Road and Crooked Creek Road. Parking is free and just steps away from all activities. Photos: Enclose 3-5 photos of your work (one showing your booth set-up and 2-3 photos of the artwork you will be selling). Print your name on the back of each photo. Photos become the property of the Peachtree Corners Festival and will not be returned. By submitting and signing this application you authorize their use along with your name and website in publicity to promote the Festival, without compensation. Booth Rental Fees (Tent not included but is required for all booth space set up) Tent available for rent, $125: ___ $150 Single Booth Space, 12’ X 12’ (10’ X 10’ tent size limit) ___ $100 Electricity per 120V Outlet (No 240V power available) Use of a personal generator is allowed with prior approval by the Festival Committee. Deadline for Submission: May 1st. Incomplete applications will not be considered. $35 fee will be assessed on all returned checks. Receipt & Acceptance of Application: Upon receipt of your application, we will send you confirmation by email. If you have not been notified after 10 days, please call or email Linda O’Connor at 678-492-6114 or art@peachtreecornersfestival.org. PCF Arts & Craft Committee will select the participants. Previous participation does not guarantee acceptance and the Committee decisions are final. Acceptance Notification & Cancellations: Applicants will be notified of acceptance by return email. Detailed information about the PC Festival will follow in early May. After May 25th no refunds except in hardship cases.

The Peachtree Corners Festival, Inc., it’s Board of Directors, volunteers, and representatives thereof assume no liability or responsibility for injury or loss that may result to any exhibitor or their personal or corporate affects including goods for sale that may occur on the premises or may arise under the Peachtree Corners Festival activities. Applicant further agrees, consents, and acknowledges holding the Peachtree Corners Festival, its Board of Directors, Volunteers, and representatives harmless for any such injury or loss. I understand that the funds paid to Peachtree Corners Festival, Inc. will be used to make the Festival possible with any remaining funds going to education and the beautification of the City of Peachtree Corners. I have read and fully understand all the terms and conditions of this application, and that this application, if accepted, creates a binding contract between me, and my entity through which I shall conduct business concerning the PC Festival. The Exhibitor hereby agrees to abide by all of the terms of this contract, as set forth herein, and by all additional rules and policies imposed by the Festival. The Exhibitor hereby agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Festival and its personnel, Gwinnett County, all organizations and persons sponsoring, managing, or in any other way participating in the Festival, from any loss, expense, liability, claim, damage, penalty, or lawsuit in any way arising from the Exhibitor’s involvement or presence. The Exhibitor hereby agrees that all disputes arising or relating to this agreement will be adjudicated solely in binding arbitration in Gwinnett County, Georgia with an arbitrator selected by the Peachtree Corners Festival, Inc.
