- Certificate of Insurance (COI) and Written Endorsement (WE) Required for Booth Holders

- Upload written proof of endorsement that includes the general liability policy number the endorsement corresponds to if available or email endorsement to rbenvenuti@schaumburg.com soon and prior to Septemberfest.
- $100 refundable security deposit required. The deposit should be in the form of a check and made payable to the Village of Schaumburg (not Septemberfest). To ensure that all Not-for-Profit groups will clean up their area at closing and supply two volunteers, a $100 refundable security deposit must accompany all applications. The deposit check will be held and returned upon inspection by the Septemberfest Not-For-Profit Committee or other Septemberfest Committee member the Monday evening of Not-for-Profit Day at Septemberfest.
