Food Vendor

If you're interested in being a vendor at The "One" Talent Show, please submit your application. After your application has been received, and reviewed; if approved, you will be notified via email. Once approved you will be charged refundable deposit of $75.00 to guarantee your spot. If your deposit could not be charged within 5 days after you have been notified, you will lose your spot and we will go to the next vendor in line. The final payment will be charged on May 1, 2019, before we charge, you will be advised at least 7 days prior. If final payment could not be charged you will be given 5 days to satisfy payment. If final payment not received you will forfeit deposit and lose your spot. Your booth space fee is NONREFUNDABLE even due to weather.

1. Upon approval must print, sign and email the General Release Forms for OC Promotions, Inc & Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners. (Upon approval, it will be emailed) 2.Must provide a copy of a Certificate of Liability Insurance. 60 days prior to the event Your liability insurance must include OC Promotions, Inc & Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners as additional insured. You must have $1,000,000 General liability policy per Occurrence & Aggregate. 3. Must email a copy of the Health Dept Permit Email all forms to info@theonetalentshow.com
