About the application

The Nine Lakes Wine Tasting at Jackson Square Lavender Festival benefits United Way of Anderson County, and is made possible through the Appalachian Region Wine Producers Association.    Wineries offer free sample pours and may sell wine in accordance with Tennessee Wine Festival laws.    PROVIDED BY THE FESTIVAL:   
  • 2 tables and 2 chairs
  • Festival permit
  • Ice
  • Wine sampling glasses and wine tote bags
  • Advertising, insurance 
  • Volunteers & wrist bands for ID checks
  PROVIDED BY WINERIES
  • At least 2 staff members at all times
  • Your own point of sale
  • Wine to sample and wine to sell
  • Table decor, other items to sell
HOURS: June 15, 2024
  • Set up begins at 8 a.m.
  • Tasting hours are 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., June 15
  • Indoors, United Way Building, 301 Broadway Ave., Oak Ridge
  We are implementing a small fee of $50 per winery this year to help defray costs.    REFUND POLICY If you find it necessary to cancel before April 15, 2023, we will refund your fee minus a $10 administration charge. There are no refunds after that.

REFUND POLICY:If you find it necessary to cancel before April 15, 2022, we will refund your fee minus a $10 administration charge. No refunds after that.  INDEMNITYBy submitting this application, I acknowledge I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the information outlined in the vendor information pages.
