There is minimal space for trucks and trailers.You will be assigned a set up window to arrive & unload on Friday. You will park in metered lot and wheel your equipment & supplies in to your assigned location. Please unload and then move your vehicle to the garage, making room for the next vendors. Do not remain parked in the metered lot while setting up. Please respect the traffic flow and do not remove barriers or restrictions. Saturday there will be no vehicles allowed on site. All stocking will have to be wheeled in. Promoter has the right to restrict or prohibit any item or product. Product exclusivity cannot be expected or guaranteed. All vendors must provide a product list or menu with their application. If approved, you will be notified. Promoter has the right to decline any vendor application. We are suggesting that food vendors provide an appetizer portion of seafood items to entice attendees to visit multiple vendors and feast. All vendors must have proper licenses, certificates and COIs. 2 COIs are required. If you do not hold a permanent DBPR or Dept of Agriculture license the inspection will require a $91 fee. Money orders only will be accepted. Stand Guidelines· No polystyrene containers. Venue Policy· No animals may be allowed on site. Venue Policy· There can be no balloons or confetti on site. Venue Policy· Clean, tidy tents are a must. · NO STAKING – use weights only· All business is to be conducted in your designated area. Nothing (signs, tables, etc.) may be outside your contracted footprint. No hawking.· Vendor is responsible to provide all their equipment in good condition and in good working order. All vendors cooking on site must provide flooring to protect pavers.· Power is not available. You must bring your own generator. Any generators must be quiet generators. If disturbing for any reason they will be removed. We must be notified if you will bring a generator.· A source for water is available but must be shared. Hoses are prohibited.· There are drains for gray water. NO OIL MAY BE DUMPED ON SITE. IT MUST LEAVE WITH YOU· Trash belongs in the dumpster, not behind your tent. There will be some trash pickup but not all. Bring your own trash cans for your stand. After breakdown your space should be left clean. · It is expected that all staff be presentable and maintain a courteous attitude toward all attendees, other vendors and support staff. · There is no internet available.· Bagged ice will be available for purchase @ $6.00 per bag. It would help if you can give an estimate of your ice needs.· We are suggesting that food vendors provide an appetizer or sample portion of seafood items to entice attendees to “feast” and visit multiple vendors. · No beverages may be served unless they are listed on your agreement. NO VENDORS MAY SELL BOTTLED WATER OR ANYTHING ALCOHOLIC. Vendor Fees payable no later than 1 week before setup, February 2, 2024.
