About the application

The Apple versus Pumpkin Fall Throwdown will be 11am to 5pm on Saturday October 14th at the Shirt Factory, 71 Lawrence St in Glens Falls. Craft vendors will be in the courtyard lot. Half of the vendor fee will be used to promote this event. The other half of the vendor fee will be donated to Hop on Home Rabbit Sanctuary.  Set-up: 8am on Saturday, October 14thComplete Set Up By: 11am on Saturday, October 14thTake Down: Not before 5pm on Saturday, October 14th No vehicles or vendor property may be left overnight without prior authorization from the owner. There is no public wifi at the property, please come prepared. After unloading your set-up, please move your car to the designated are on Curran Lane or park on the street to leave the maximum number of close parking spaces for customers. This year, in addition to our regular event, there will be the 2nd Annual ADK BBQ Competition and a Second Saturday Flea Market in the Loading Dock lot, both event help bring in additional visitors.  If you wish to have your booth and products promoted prior to event, please send images that we may use. If you do not send images, you may not be promoted (i.e. we will not go grab images from your website or social media).

Terms & Conditions

You will also need to provide a certificate of insurance with Lawrence & Cooper Inc named as Additional Insured. You are responsible for identifying all national, state and local regulations and requirements that may apply to your business and obtaining all necessary permits prior to the event. DO NOT send any payments until you receive an acceptance letter.  If you are accepted to the event and are not able to attend, please email management@shirtfactorygf.com as soon as possible. Cancelation received after Friday, September 29th will not receive a refund of their application fee.
