About the application

Greetings! We’re excited to announce that the 19th Annual Trick or Treat Trail is scheduled for Tuesday, October 31, 2023 from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at Independence Park, 3449 Pearland Parkway. 
 
Trick or Treat Trail has proven to be a SPOOK-tacular success for many years and we average 8,000 people in attendance. We are accepting applications for businesses, non-profits, individuals, and organizations to provide a booth and treats/activities for trick-or-treaters of all ages. 
 
Exhibitor booths will create a “trail” throughout the park to provide a safe, well-lit Trick or Treat experience. We 
look forward to having games, inflates, food and much more! Come out and show your community support by 
interacting with those you service in the Pearland area. 
 
The event site will be available for booth setup at 2-4 p.m.

About the event

Calling all ghosts and goblins! Join us at the 19th Annual Trick or Treat Trail! Trick-or-Treaters of all ages are invited out to this FREE community-wide event where a variety of local businesses and organizations will line the “trail” and pass out goodies. Businesses, clubs, non-profits and individuals are invited to sign up for a FREE "Trail Station" to pass out goodies during the event. There is no charge to participate however you are required to provide a minimum of 5,000 - 6,000 treats to hand out from your booth.

INDEMNITY: BOOTH PARTICIPANT SHALL PROTECT, DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD THE CITY OF PEARLAND AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS, THE EVENT SPONSORS AND THEIR AFFILIATES FREE AND HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, CAUSES OF ACTION, SUITS OR OTHER LITIGATION (INCLUDING ALL COSTS THEREOF AND ATTORNEYS FEES) OF EVERY KIND AND CHARACTER ARISING AGAINST THE CITY OF PEARLAND AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS, THE EVENT SPONSORS AND THEIR AFFILIATES OR ANY THIRD PARTY (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONNEL FURNISHED BY VENDOR OR ITS VENDORS AND SUBCONTRACTORS OF ANY (TIER) ON ACCOUNT OF BODILY INJURY (INCLUDING DEATH) OR DAMAGE TO OR LOSS OF PROPERTY IS CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, WILLFUL ACTS OR CONDUCT AND/OR STRICT LIABILITY OF VENDOR, ITS VENDORS OR SUBCONTRACTORS OR ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, 
DIRECTORS OR EMPLOYEES, OR ANYONE OR MORE OF THEM IN CONNECTION WITH THE EVENT.
