About the application

Merry Little Christmas is looking for small business vendors who specialize in clothing, home décor, jewelry, soap, candles, digital art, sculptures, paintings, art prints, photos, hand-made items, and embroidery.  If your business does not sell any of the examples not to worry as long as you are an independent creator/seller who is not connected to a major corporation and is looking to sell tangible products, you would fill out this application. If your business is connected to a large corporation/franchised business, if you are looking to sell a service or intangible product, or if you are classified as a non-profit please do not continue with this application. Look on the event homepage to see if there is another application that fits your business better. Merry Little Christmas is last of events for the City of Lawrenceville hosted at the Lawrenceville Lawn. This event is from 12 PM - 6 PM, however, vendors will be loading Saturday Morning between 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. All vendors must be prepared to greet the public at 12:00 PM.  Application approvals for this event will take place throughout October - November.  Additional Load-in information will be sent via email the Monday before the event.  Merry Little Christmas is an event that features live music and entertainment throughout the day, so please be aware of that when preparing for the event.  If you would like to be considered as one of our vendors for this event, please fill out the application and await approval from our Event Coordinators.

About the event

Join us on Saturday, December 2nd, 12PM - 6PM, in Downtown Lawrenceville for the return of our Hometown Holiday Parade. The Holiday Spirit comes alive in Lawrenceville like never before! Enjoy a holiday makers market at the Lawrenceville Lawn, holiday music, and do some holiday shopping on the square, and dine alfresco at our one-of-a-kind eateries! Don't forget to stop by and see Santa at the Bicentennial Plaza after the Parade at 3:00 PM.

Terms & Conditions

Vendor Criteria: - Vendors must adhere to City Event Safety Guidelines, https://www.downtownlawrencevillega.com/health-and-safety/ Vendors must provide all necessary equipment for booth space (10x10 tent, table, chairs, etc.)  We will have an exclusive alcohol vendor on site. All other vendors are not permitted to sell alcohol. Vendors must select the proper vendor fee for their specific space needs. If you have selected the wrong vendor fee your fee will be updated for the correct size before approval.  Vendors looking to use power must select to pay the Electricity Fee before submitting their application. Only vendors who request and pay for electricity will be considered for it. However, power is not guaranteed for any of our events and if you are approved without access to electricity we will not process that part of your payment.  The City of Lawrenceville's events are always packed full of fun and sometimes noisy activities. This means that at any event you may be in an area that is crowded, loud, and exposed to the environment. Vendors must be prepared to endure any and all circumstances during an event, as we will not have the ability to adjust your placement during the event.  Vendor placement is decided by the Event Coordinators before the event. Vendors may not receive their placement until the day of the event but should receive a general event map to give you an idea of what to expect upon arrival. The City of Lawrenceville approves vendors on a First-Come First Serve Basis.
