Join us as a sponsor for this year's Stonewall reception - bringing together community leaders, sponsors, partners, and supporters for an evening of visibility, connection, and celebration. Your partnership supports St Pete Pride’s mission to uplift, empower, and celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community year-round. The Stonewall Reception is one of St Pete Pride’s signature Pride events — a celebration of history, community and inclusion. Local restaurants, caterers, and personal chefs like you play a vital role in making this event come to life. Terms & Conditions

IN-KIND SPONSOR PROVIDES (Activation) Five Hundred (500+) Bite-Size Appetizers or Desserts - Prepared and ready to serve to event guests. Napkins, Plates, and Flatware - Appropriate quantities for all guests sampling from your station. All Service Items - Necessary equipment and supplies to prepare, maintain, display, and serve your food items (e.g., chafing dishes, serving utensils, tablecloths, etc.). Staff to Serve Guests at Your Station - Staff to manage your food station and provide professional service throughout the event. ST PETE PRIDE PROVIDES (Activation) 8 ft. Serving Table and Tablecloth - Provided at your designated station. Display Cards for Food Items - Clearly labeled signage identifying your menu items. Logo and Name on Signage - Your business logo and name featured on signage at your serving table. Two (2) Sponsor Admission Tickets - Admission for two adult guests. ST PETE PRIDE PROVIDES (Marketing Benefits) • Logo on Website • Logo on Event Ticket Site • Social Media Mention • Recognition during Stonewall Reception • Recognition in post-event communication • Inclusion in St Pete Pride’s website's Guide to Pride "Where to Dine" list In addition: Please submit all marketing materials by May 31, 2026. We’ll do our best with late submissions, but inclusion in printed or posted materials can’t be guaranteed after this date.
