Belmont's most popular Halloween festival features rides, games, face painting, costume contests, a pumpkin carving contest, 40+ local art, craft, and food vendors! Estimated attendance is 2,500+. A commitment is required by October 10th, in order to guarantee sponsor benefits at event.
