This application is for vendors participating in Hampton Roads PrideFest on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at Town Point Park (113 Waterside Drive, Norfolk, VA 23510). Event hours are 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
Due to limited space, vendor opportunities will not be available for the Sunday, June 28, 2026 Pride at the Beach Festival at Neptune’s Park.
However, we are proud to host our Second Annual Pride March that same day. Organizations are invited to participate at no cost. March registration is free and available through our website or directly on Eventeny.
Please fill this application out in its entirety, along with payment, to be considered for acceptance into PrideFest. Any applications without payment will not be considered. While filling out your application, if you encounter any questions, please email vendors@threeoneoneproductions.com. Once your application AND payment have been submitted and your application has been reviewed, you will receive an email from us explaining the next steps! In the unlikely event that your application is not accepted, you will receive a full refund for your vendor fee.

-Submitting an application DOES NOT guarantee acceptance into the festival. Vendors will be notified on the status of their acceptance as applications are received.
-Your application can not be officially accepted until your payment is submitted.
-Check payments will no longer be accepted unless you are a corporate/government/private entity that requires invoicing to process payment. Please email micki@threeoneoneproductions.com with "Requires Invoicing" in the subject line and we will get you instructions on how to apply and get an invoice sent.

Hampton Roads Pride is dedicated to empowering the educational pursuits of LGBTQ+ individuals and allies in our community. We are excited to announce that applications are now open for our scholarships, which support high school students and individuals attending or accepted into accredited post-secondary institutions across the United States. These scholarships encompass a variety of fields, including trade, real estate, and other areas of study, reflecting our commitment to fostering diverse communities.
The Hampton Roads (757) Pride March is a pedestrian-only event celebrating unity, diversity, and LGBTQ+ pride. Participants will march along the Virginia Beach Oceanfront Boardwalk. The event is open to individuals, community groups, nonprofits, and businesses who support equality and inclusivity.
Following the march, participants are invited to join us at Pride at the Beach at the 31st Street Neptunes Park, featuring live entertainment, food trucks, and interactive community experiences and a chance to relax and wrap up a weekend of Pride events.
General Guidelines:
- All participants must pre-register to help us plan for safety and accessibility. You’re welcome to register anonymously or with initials.
- Signs, banners, and flags are encouraged; no object throwing allowed.
- Further event details, including logistics and protocols, will be provided upon registration.
