Food Partner Application

PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE APPLICATION PRIOR TO FILLING IT OUT. This application is for primary food vendors (restaurants, food trucks, etc) that are looking to sell open-container food and beverage. We are expecting 8000+ in attendance- you do not want to miss this event! 
Please fill out the food partner application and wait for approval.  Arrival information will go out 2 weeks prior to the event.
 
NOTE:  SBG Hospitality will not provide water or electricity.
 
This is an electronic agreement and by paying the fee and submitting your application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
Wine Partner Application

PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE APPLICATION PRIOR TO FILLING IT OUT. This application is is intended for local McKinney wineries. This application is NOT for food trucks, restaurants, or marketplace businesses - please look at our other applications if you are in that category.
 
We are expecting 5000+ in attendance- you do not want to miss this event! This festival is a great opportunity for local McKinney wineries to promote their brands, sell products, reach new audiences, and engage with thousands of attendees! We wouldn't be able to do what we do without YOU, our valuable wine partners, as your play a key role in making these events a success! 
 
For this event, there are no ticket reimbursements. Wineries will be able to sell wine by the glass and by the bottle. Purchases of wine by the glass or bottle can be sold at your tent for cash or credit. Bottles sold to attendees will be for them to take home only. Attendees will be unable to open and consume the bottle at the event. 
 
Please fill out the wine partner application and wait for approval. Upon receiving approval on your application, you will then be able to pick your booth space at the event. Arrival information will go out 2 weeks prior to the event. The event is in partnership with The Warrior's Keep and Love Life Foundation!

Vendor Application

PLEASE READ THE APPLICATION IN ITS ENTIRETY PRIOR TO FILLING IT OUT. This application includes vendors in categories such as gyms, home services, clothing, jewelry, art,  bakeries (non-temperature controlled), home décor, furniture, and other consumer goods that do not include the sale of open food/beverages. This application is NOT for food trucks, restaurants, or wineries. We are expecting 2,500+ in attendance- you do not want to miss this event!  
 
 NOTE:  SBG Hospitality will not provide water or electricity.
 
IMPORTANT: This event takes place in a park and requires vendors to transport items from a parking lot to their booth spaces.  It is recommended that you bring dollies and other items to assist with this process. *Booth spaces are subject to change.*
 
Please fill out the vendor application and wait for the approval. Upon receiving approval on your application, you will then be able to pick your booth space at the event by logging back into your Eventeny account- prices will vary.
 
Arrival information will go out 2 weeks prior to the event. NOTE: You will not have a reserved space at the event until your booth space has been both selected AND paid for in full.
