This application is for  Food vendors who would like to attend the August Live in the DTL concert.  All concerts happen on a Friday night with showtime starting anywhere between 7:30 PM and 8 PM guess you're allowed to start arriving for concerts between 5 PM to 6 PM therefore all vendors must be on site by  no later than 5 PM.  The August concert will feature the Bless the Rains a Toto Tribute Band.
