Exhibit Hall hours are as follows:

Friday - 4pm - 9pm

Saturday - 11am - 8pm

Sunday - 11am - 4pm

Please note that these hours may be subject to change at any time based on management discretion. Final exhibit hall hours will be communicated with load instructions

AI Art is not eligible for sale at our convention. Period. IbashoCon cannot guarantee requests for corner spaces, however please let us know if you need mobility accommodations and we will do our very best to assist you as we are able to. Once an application is submitted and approved, your vendor fee will be automatically charged to your account. Please ensure that the payment method which you have listed is correct and has funds available. IbashoCon cannot guarantee table availability unless the application fee is paid in full.
