The Famously Hot South Carolina Pride Parade and Festival is the flagship event of SC Pride and one of the most visible public celebrations in South Carolina. It is not just the largest event SC Pride produces. It is one of the largest free public gatherings in the entire state. Pride weekend is a two-day experience anchored to Main Street in Columbia. The Friday evening program features the Pride Parade, with 62+ organizations marching through downtown, followed by the Get Lit Concert headliner performance. Saturday's festival brings together two stages, 65+ vendors, an Ultra VIP Lounge, a Family Pride Area, Health and Wellness resources, an amusement attraction, and headlining entertainment from the Main Stage. In 2025, the Pride season generated 65,000 verified weekend attendees, 1,398,642+ social media views, 20,585 interactions, 226,505 regional co-op billboard impressions across Charleston, Charlotte, and Greenville, 98,435 streaming TV impressions, and 109,658 display and geofencing impressions statewide.
