2022 Cuke Patch 5K Online Entry Form

ONLINE APPLICATIONS ARE CLOSED. REGISTRATIONS WILL BE TAKEN AT THE EVENT. This form is for individual registrations only. Details for group registration are provided below.

Check-in opens at 7:30 pm. Run starts at 8:00 pm. near the intersection of John and Center Streets in the vicinity of Ribeyes Steakhouse, 112 N. Center Street, Mount Olive, NC. Follow the signs to enter the downtown area via John Street. 

Bring your family and friends to walk or run the route and take advantage of group discounts. Costumes are encouraged! Make it pickle-themed, or celebrate your favorite decade. Come early for washable neon paint or otherwise dress to impress: prizes will be awarded for best costumes. This is not a timed event.

While downtown for the Cuke Patch 5K, enjoy a live outdoor concert and pay one price carnival rides. For details visit www.ncpicklefest.org. 

FEES. $20 - Pre-registered individual, before April 1 $25 - Individual registration after April 1. No charge for children in strollers or wagons. $15 - Pre-registered groups, before April 1 $20 - Group registration after April 1.

GROUP ENTRIES. Group entries must be submitted and paid for all together, and payment cannot be accomodated online here.  For group entries: download the registration and team list form below, and mail completed forms and check as directed. Or, email the completed forms to moac1930@gmail.com and call the Mount Olive Chamber at 919-658-3113 to pay by credit card over the phone.  Note that waivers can be downloaded below and turned in at check-in, or they can be completed on-site and submitted at check-in April 22.

NO REFUNDS FOR RACE FEES. A portion of race proceeds will benefit the Mount Olive Parks & Recreation Department. 

Pre-registrations must be received by April 1 to guarantee a shirt on run night.  For registrations received after April 1 shirts may be mailed afterward.

AGE REQUIREMENTS. If runner is under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian must complete the application and sign. Runners under the age of 12 must be accompanied at all times by a parent or guardian.
