The Creators After Dark 2026 Affiliate Program grants massive exposure and premium access to the creators who drive the most attendance. Every badge sold using your unique link is a point, but only the Top 3 will claim these limited rewards.

The official sales period closes on March 26 at 11:59 PM CST. At that moment, the final count is locked, and only the Top 3 creators will be contacted to claim their prizes. This is a high-stakes countdown—make every click count!

This Creators After Dark Affiliate Program Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between CREATORS AFTER DARK, LLC ("CAD," "We," or "Client") and the individual applying to the Affiliate Program ("Affiliate" or "You"). By submitting your application and utilizing your unique affiliate link, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. APPOINTMENT, TERM, AND INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS
   1. Appointment
      The Client appoints the Affiliate, and the Affiliate accepts the appointment, to promote the purchase of badges for the Creators After Dark 2026 Event ("Event").
   2. Independent Contractor Status (CRITICAL)
      The Affiliate understands and agrees that they are acting as an Independent Contractor. This is a promotional arrangement and DOES NOT create any employment relationship, partnership, or joint venture between the Affiliate and CAD.
      • No Compensation/Tax Withholding: The Affiliate will NOT receive any cash commission, salary, wages, or employee benefits from CAD. CAD will NOT withhold any federal, state, or local income taxes, Social Security, or Medicare taxes on behalf of the Affiliate.
      • Tax Liability: The Affiliate is solely responsible for all tax liabilities, filings, and reporting associated with the acceptance and value of any non-cash rewards received under this program, as required by law.
      • No Authority: The Affiliate has no authority to bind CAD to any agreements or obligations.
   3. Eligibility
      Applicants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of application. Current CAD staff, volunteers, or immediate family members of the principal organizers are ineligible.
2. AFFILIATE PERFORMANCE AND REWARDS
   1. Sales Tracking
      Badge sales are tracked exclusively through the Eventeny affiliate link platform provided by CAD. The Affiliate acknowledges that this system is the sole arbiter of sales volume for the purpose of this program.
   2. Non-Real-Time Data
      The Affiliate understands that sales data visible to them may NOT be real-time. Final standing calculations will only be performed after the Sales Cut-Off Date (defined below).
   3. Sales Cut-Off Date
      The program's sales tracking will permanently cease at [Insert Date Here] at 11:59 PM CST ("Sales Cut-Off Date"). All badges must be sold and tracked by this time to count toward the Final Standings.
   4. Final Standings and Rewards
      Rewards are strictly limited to the Top 3 Affiliates based on the highest gross number of eligible badges sold.
      1. No Cash Compensation: As stated in Section 1.2, no cash commissions will be issued. The prizes consist entirely of the published Elite Access and Exposure Rewards (e.g., complimentary badges, vending space, social features)
      2. Non-Transferable: Rewards are non-transferable and may not be sold or traded. CAD reserves the right to substitute rewards of equal or greater value if necessary.
3. MARKETING, BRAND, AND CONDUCT GUIDELINES
   1. Branding and Materials
      The Affiliate may only use official logos, images, and marketing copy provided by CAD. The Affiliate must not represent themselves as the official CAD Event, and must clearly identify themselves as an independent affiliate promoting the Event.
   2. Prohibited Marketing Methods
      The Affiliate may NOT use any marketing methods that are deceptive, misleading, or infringe upon the rights of others. Prohibited methods include, but are not limited to:
      • Bidding on any CAD trademarked or branded terms in search engines (PPC/SEM).
      • Using Spam, unsolicited email, or unconsented mass messaging.
      • Misrepresenting the Event, its content, or its policies.
   3. Compliance with Code of Conduct
      The Affiliate is a public representative of the CAD brand. The Affiliate MUST comply with all aspects of the Creators After Dark Anti-Harassment and Code of Conduct Policy in all promotional activities, whether online or offline. Any violation of the Code of Conduct, including but not limited to inappropriate, discriminatory, or non-consensual conduct, may result in immediate termination of this Agreement and disqualification from the program.
4. TERMINATION AND LIABILITY
   1. Termination by CAD
      CAD reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and the Affiliate's participation in the program immediately and without prior notice if the Affiliate breaches any term of this Agreement, engages in fraudulent activity, or violates the CAD Code of Conduct. Upon termination, the Affiliate forfeits all right to any earned or anticipated rewards.
   2. Limitation of Liability
      CAD shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages (or loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Affiliate Program. CAD's aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and the program will not exceed $100 USD.
   3. Indemnification
      The Affiliate agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CAD, its organizers, and staff from any and all claims, damages, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from the Affiliate's marketing activities or breach of this Agreement.
   4. Governing Law
      This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
