About the application

Bars within the Cove Shopping Center are invited to participate in CoveChella 2025 by selling cocktails to guests. Please note that beer sales are exclusive to Cove Brewery. All alcohol transactions must follow the event’s drink ticket system. Please read the Terms & Conditions below before applying.

Terms & Conditions

CoveChella Alcohol Sales Participation Agreement

By participating at the Covechella outdoor event within the designated permitted space, you agree to the following terms:

Exclusive Beer Sales
Cove Brewery is the exclusive beer vendor. No other vendors may sell beer during CoveChella.
Cocktail Sales Only
Participating bars may sell cocktails only. No beer or other forms of alcohol outside cocktails may be sold.
Drink Ticket System

Only $10 drink tickets, sold by Cove Brewery, are accepted for alcohol purchases.
Cash or card alcohol sales are prohibited.
Ticket Redemption

Bars will collect tickets and redeem them post-event at a rate of $8 per ticket.(Make sure to save those tickets!)
Payout will be issued within 2 days following the event.
Compliance

All bars must comply with event policies and local alcohol laws.
Violations may result in removal from the event and forfeiture of funds.
