Volunteers are a crucial and oh so important part of the Manitou Days Grande Parade! Planned for Friday June 20th (rain or shine) the parade offers several volunteer opportunities beginning at 2:00 pm.
2:00 pm – 3:00 pm Parade Staging
Help us measure out and set out the staging area for parade entries in Sections A, B & C.
4:00 pm – 7:00 pm Parade Hosts
Parade Hosts provide support to parade participants and spectators throughout the stage area and parade route.
6:00 pm – 8:30 pm Parade Marshals
Accompany marching bands and keep the street clear of spectators so bands can pass by and perform without injury or issue.
Volunteer central is located on the corner of 2nd Street and Clark Avenue. Volunteers are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to their shift to check in and pick up T-Shirts.
