This is an electronic agreement and by submitting your application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

We operate regardless of weather. We expect better performances as a courtesy for any visitors in the rain. They have braved the weather to see us, and they deserve to see the best we have. In the case of extreme weather the Kutztown Folk Festival will refer to our Emergency Management Service Team to make the call.

Performers agree to act professionally and offer the best experience for our visitors.

Performers agree to refrain from smoking, eating or drinking, and using cell phones for non-business purposes while on stage. This detracts from the visual impression.

Performers hereby grant the Festival a perpetual, irrevocable license to use the Vendor's name, image and likeness in future Festival promotional materials, including any indicidental use of the Vendor's work that may be captured in any photographs or video taken by Festival staff.

I have read this information and agree to abide by it. By not abiding by it I understand I will be removed from the Festival and any application submitted will not be accepted for the following year.
