Parodia warasii (Brandt): A cylindrical cactus with a dark green color, reaching a height of 20.0" and width of 6.0". It features about 15 sharp ridges running the length of the plant, covered in flexible yellow to brown spines. Native to Brazil, it grows in crevices on cliffs and produces offsets to form clusters at its base. Blooming with silky yellow flowers on each stem, P. warasii can tolerate slightly less sunlight than other cacti.
