"There's No Place Like Home #9" (original 4x4 acrylic on canvas)

This is painting #9 from a series titled "There's No Place Like Home". It's a small world now - needle and thread small. Little house still stands tall and proud though...need any mending? This lovely little was painted on a 4" square canvas. For those who are unfamiliar with my homes, allow me to explain them. They can be shy, funny, curious, cute, sometimes overly suspicious, and occasionally temperamental. I paint a lot of characters, but the homes were the first (circa 2005)....and they make sure I don't forget this fact. This is an original 4x4 inch acrylic painting on a 2 inch THICK stretched canvas. Will ship mounted in the wooden frame seen in the pics which makes it a tad larger on all sides. It's thick enough to just sit on a table, but will add some dimension to your walls should you choose to hang it! All my paintings are signed on the front, and signed, titled, and dated on the back. A clear coat of varnish has been applied to the top for both protection and to enhance the piece for a fresh painted look.
