Periwinkle Blue Teapot with Saucer

This sweet little teapot will greet you every morning with a spunky hello. It is glazed with a beautiful satin that is delicious to touch. Measures 5.5 inches tall by 7 inches from spout to handle. The lid has clay beads inside that rattle when shaken. This cute little teapot is just right for one person, or two, and makes a great conversation piece. Handmade on the potter's wheel, the lid is cut from the body of the pot in an undulating pattern locking the lid in place. The lid is hollow and makes a pleasing rattle sound when shaken. The shape of the lid also gives the user a "key" for lid placement. Makes a wonderful gift. Dishwasher and microwave safe. *As is the nature of handmade work, measurements are approximate.
